Privacy

Trace Supply uses the buyer and supplier qualification details you submit to assess fit, contact you, prepare a scope, and operate a potential transaction. This public site does not request or accept raw datasets.

What we collect

• Identity and business contact details.
• Company metadata and supplier estimate inputs.
• Buyer capability, modality, volume, quality, rights, budget, and timing requirements.
• Your requested Trace Supply call slot.
• Landing path, referrer, and campaign parameters needed to understand how the request arrived.
• A one-way, secret-keyed network fingerprint used only to enforce short abuse-control windows; the raw address is not stored.

How it is used

Qualification and booking records are stored in a dedicated Cloudflare D1 database and used for fit review, follow-up, sourcing decisions, scheduling, and evidence of consent. High-intent submissions trigger a private operator notification. We do not sell the qualification record itself or share booking access with another business calendar.

Retention and deletion

A daily retention job permanently deletes qualification and booking records older than 365 days. Short-lived abuse-control counters are deleted after two days. A contract, dispute, or legal obligation may require a separate transaction record to be retained longer. To request earlier access, correction, or deletion, email web@merulox.com.

Raw data and transactions

Any later sample or delivery uses a separate written scope covering authority, allowed uses, prohibited fields, de-identification, access, retention, deletion, and revocation. Nothing in this public form authorizes extraction or transfer.
